This elegant and highly refined blend of green tea is refreshing while it helps to flush away the 'kick' after a mouthful of the Cheese Kek Lapis.

  • To serve it warm, pre-heat oven for 90-120 seconds at around 150-170ºc, cut the layer into slices of about 1.5cm thick and warm the layer at approximately 20-25 seconds.  To serve it chilled, cut the layer into slices of about 1.5cm thick and serve.
