Cheese Kek Lapis will somehow have that "delightfully rich taste kick”. However, in order to further enhance that 'kick', you've got to pair them with the right selection of tea. But "tea and cheese?" When it comes to having Cheese Kek Lapis with tea, imagination is simply not going to help you. You need to try it to know it. What we discovered, is that the cheese flavour goes extremely well with the Geisha Blossom Tea. This elegant and highly refined blend of green tea is refreshing while it helps to flush away the 'kick' after a mouthful of the Cheese Kek Lapis.

To serve it warm, pre-heat oven for 90-120 seconds at around 150-170ºc, cut the layer into slices of about 1.5cm thick and warm the layer at approximately 20-25 seconds. To serve it chilled, cut the layer into slices of about 1.5cm thick and serve.
